This place is incredible, with beautifully decorated rooms and friendly staff, making it my top choice when I visit the area.

We stayed in a beautifully themed enchanted forest room, but unfortunately it was quite dusty and lacking amenities like bathroom slippers. The location is great for visiting Gardaland park, with free shuttle buses every 10 minutes and lovely vineyard views. The staff were helpful and the pools were great for the kids.

The service at the buffet restaurant was lacking and they wouldn't bring drinks to the table, making it difficult for parents with young children.

The theming was mind-blowing, with rooms decorated like a fairy tale world. Lots of free parking available. The size of the rooms and bathroom were super spacious and convenient. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room and hotel were kept perfectly clean. The Gardaland shuttle was convenient for transportation. The breakfast offered excellent quality and variety. The hotel is located in a beautiful countryside area, close to charming Italian villages.

We recently stayed at Gardaland Magic in Castelnuovo del Garda and were amazed by its spectacular and spacious rooms. the hotel is well-kept, with various themed decorations that create a fairytale-like atmosphere. the bathroom was large and clean, equipped with soap and a hairdryer. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and there were two restaurants to choose from, including a buffet and an exquisite à la carte with delicious dishes. the hotel provided efficient shuttles to Gardaland, and the swimming pool was enjoyable. We will definitely be back soon.

The hotel's location in the beautiful Italian countryside, surrounded by vineyards, added to the charm of our stay.
